IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUR GROUP

As we are following the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control, we ask you to please be mindful of your health.  Do not come in to office if you are sick or have had a fever within the last 48 hours, or if you are a member of a high risk group.

Evergreen now has a Teletherapy system to provide a safe way for you to have your therapy session by telephone. It is as easy as opening an email and clicking a link.

At this time, the offices are remaining open, but if you would like to have a Teletherapy session, please let the office or your therapist know.  Contact Evergreen by phone at 215-247-5400.
