If your Insurance Plan is listed above

We will bill your insurance company directly and you will be responsible to pay your co-pay at the start of each session. If you have a deductible or a co-insurance percentage that you have to meet, please discuss this with our office staff. They are happy to assist you with any questions that you have.

If your Insurance Plan is NOT listed above

Full payment is due at the start of each session unless other arrangements are made in advance. We are happy to provide you with a receipt which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will cover a portion of the session fee for our services as an out of network provider, however, we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.

If you choose to self pay

If you choose not to use your insurance or do not have insurance, you may self-pay for your therapy. Full payment is due at the start of each session unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We accept debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and many other major credit cards, personal checks and cash.
