I view therapy as a collaborative and transformative process. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my approach is centered on helping clients understand and work with their emotions in a constructive way.
As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, explore their emotions, and develop strategies to thrive, while normalizing emotional responses and reinforcing that all feelings are valid and part of the human journey.
I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With a strong background in working with the college population, I have supported students during a significant period of personal xploration and growth. Currently, I am available to work with individuals aged 17 and older. My focus is on helping clients build emotional understanding and resilience, while supporting them in achieving lasting growth.
As a pre-licensed clinician, I provide services under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional in accordance with state licensure requirements.
