As I view therapy as a unique and individual process rather than a formula, I draw from multiple approaches to help you strengthen and develop tools to cope, grow and thrive.

LCSW
I approach psychotherapy with the belief that healing and balance are the result of a counseling process that respects every unique experience, and I consistently provide a non-judgmental, open and supportive therapeutic space.

I am an empathetic therapist who listens deeply and asks questions to help you work through your concerns. I strive to help you gain insights, feel heard, and set goals and steps for change.

LCSW
I specialize in individual, couples, family therapy, and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with patients presenting with a multitude of concerns.

LAPC
I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and dedicate myself to creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore.

I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, with a strong background in working with the college population.

The recognition that problems do not exist in isolation guides my practice. I understand that people are impacted by the environment around them, and I will work with you to address the whole situation, not just the symptoms.

I believe change happens when trust and safety are present. I place deep value in the client-therapist relationship and use a person-centered approach that is collaborative and strengths-based.

I am an intuitive and active listener who finds deep fulfillment in helping others. I treat my clients with care but full knowledge that it is their journey and I am only the guide.

I encourage a space where patients can lean into their experiences, becoming more comfortable with their thoughts and feelings throughout the process.

I utilize a combination of CBT and existential therapies, to help you get an accurate sense of where you want to go in your life, and how you can best get there. LGBTQ+ Supportive!

Ph.D.
I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection, thus my approach to wellness is holistic. My specialty is in stress management and wellness. Anxiety and depression are two very common stress responses I treat using a variety of tools.

As a licensed clinical psychologist in PA, I received M.A. from University of Delaware and Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University, both in Counseling Psychology, after receiving a Bachelor degree of Law in China.

Psy.D.
Dr. Pacyon is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and is a PA and NJ licensed clinical psychologist. She has extensive experience with children on the autism spectrum, particularly those who are applying for ABA services.

Psy.D., NCSP
Dr. Ramsteck has extensive training and experience providing psychological assessment services to adults and children, notably examining abilities related to cognition, academic achievement, behavior, emotionality, Autism and developmental concerns.

Mr. Smalls has provided psychotherapy for children, couples and families for over 20 years. His education and includes CBT, family therapy, and psychodynamic treatment modalities. He believes in matching the most appropriate treatment model to each patient.

Dr. Tedesco earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Widener University, and then practiced for several years in the community mental health system in Philadelphia. Her practice at Evergreen is limited to legal evaluations involving trauma, injury and discrimination.
