Stephanie Marnado-Blanck
Ph.D.

I believe therapy is a space for reflection, growth, and connection. I aim to build a warm, genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship by incorporating empathy, humility, active listening, and humor into our sessions. As you are the expert in your unique experiences, my role is to help guide you in exploring patterns in your thoughts and behaviors and to empower you with tools and coping skills to manage whatever may be keeping you down. Having graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I am a postdoctoral fellow (soon to be licensed psychologist). I’m passionate about working with adolescents and adults of all ages and backgrounds, especially those navigating anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, complex trauma, relationship challenges, and identity development. My therapy technique is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based approaches, enriched by humanistic and multicultural perspectives. During my training, I had the opportunity to provide individual, couples, and group therapy across a variety of settings – including integrated medical clinics, hospitals, outpatient psychiatry, and college counseling centers. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for concerns related to memory, intellectual functioning, ADHD, and diagnostic clarity. I look forward to meeting you!
