Psy.D.

I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. I am a Licensed Psychologist who completed my doctoral training at La Salle University, specializing in child and adolescent therapy. My therapeutic style blends Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT). I have considerable experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, school problems, and family conflicts. Currently, I practice solely via telehealth. I have found that with some creativity, including the use of virtual playrooms or whiteboards, most youth are able to engage in therapeutic activities and will build a strong alliance over telehealth. As such, telehealth is much less of a barrier than it might seem.
The recognition that problems do not exist in isolation guides my practice. I understand that people are impacted by the environment and other systems around them, and I will work with you to address the whole situation, not just the symptoms. Further, I understand how troubling, worrying, and frustrating it can be to see your child struggling. While some struggles are a normative part of life, it is part of my role to help you work through them successfully and help you and your child learn adaptive skills.
I am very excited to join the Evergreen Team and I look forward to meeting you.
