Being human can be challenging. We all need support at times to navigate the obstacles life presents. I’m here to accompany you on your healing journey; offering a validating, supportive, and safe space to process challenges, foster growth, and increase self-awareness. Authenticity and genuine connection are central to my therapeutic work. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Chester University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have gained valuable clinical experience in community mental health and Veterans Affairs settings, providing care at both outpatient and intensive outpatient levels. My work is centered around assisting those who face challenges with anxiety, emotion regulation, self-esteem, and perfectionism. I also help clients struggling with boundary-setting and navigating difficult relational dynamics. I am committed to continuously advancing my skills to meet the unique needs of every client. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I integrate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I value trauma-informed care and recognize the importance of examining childhood experiences and early relational dynamics in understanding present challenges. I encourage an open and collaborative process with my clients. I look forward to working with you!
