LAPC

I believe therapy is a process unique to each individual in the pursuit of living life to the fullest, and I am honored to be able to walk alongside my clients in this journey. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Services from York College of Pennsylvania, and my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania, working under clinical supervision as required by law.

I identify as a humanistic and feminist therapist, incorporating mindfulness, CBT, and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). I practice trauma-informed care and use evidenced based modalities help my clients achieve their goals. Life can throw us constant changes, but I strive to be a trustworthy and warm constant in my clients lives. Together we will sit and work through the issues and unpack whatever has been stored too long. I encourage my clients to come to session exactly as they are, knowing they are safe and welcome. It is not easy to be vulnerable, and I recognize the privilege I am given for individuals to allow me to witness this vulnerability. I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence; working with women on their relationships and experiences regarding sex, intimacy, parenting, dating, and navigating the world following trauma. You deserve to live your life fully. I am happy you’re here at Evergreen and look forward to working with you!
