I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and dedicate myself to creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore attachment patterns, relational dynamics, and ways of coping with emotional pain. I am a licensed associate counselor with a Masters degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and empowerment-focused, centering on your strengths while incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy. This integrative style enables me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, promoting personal growth and self-discovery. I have experience working with adults struggling with trauma, grief, addictions, life transitions, chronic pain, cultural identity issues, and anxiety/depression. Together, we will create a path forward that aligns with your values and aspirations. We’ll focus on developing coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and cultivating self-compassion, helping you to create meaning and connection in your life.
I look forward to partnering with you on this transformative journey.
As a pre-licensed clinician, I provide services under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional in accordance with state licensure requirements.
